rule clarification please

Are you only allowed to kill noble/overseer/hand when it's your day in sky, or are they FFA?

I remember way back they were FFA, but with some unofficial agreement to leave an OoA up. Then at some point that got dropped and everyone started killing OoA whenever it spawned. I took a break mid-2017, and when I came back in the fall, the understanding had become that nobles would go to whoever's sky slot it was. I don't know if this was an official ruling or what. But having done sky nights every week since then, I can say it's been observed by everyone the last year or so, to not go after nobles during someone else's sky slot. Even Noble Dojorn has been left untouched by the farm crews that previously kept it locked down.
