Gnome necro faction with dark elf guild

Hi everyone. Was there a faction fix I missed? My gnome used to be on good terms with the dark elves, but today they were not very nice to him. (amiable to threatening somehow in the past few weeks). I didn't play this character in the old days so I have no idea what his faction should be there.

You sure you were all the way into the necro guild and didn't agro a 3rd gate guard or anything?

Hunting in Crushbone or generally killing any orc in faydwer makes some of the inkies not like you, so that's probably part of it.
