Missing Characters

Every time I try to log in, I get past the server select screen and then to the character select screen, but all my characters are missing.

Was trying to log in to Blue. After working in Tech Support I know just how simple of a mistake it takes to derail a process, So I retried logging in being careful with each step. Again, I got the same issue. Normally at this point, I just either re-tried from the login screen, from the desktop, or I rebooted and re-tried. Each time I tried to get into Blue the same message appeared. On a whim, I logged in to Red this time. I had no characters, which I expected because I hadn't made any. I logged out and re-tried Blue again. Tah-Freaking-Dah! My characters are there. IDK, doesn't make any sense. :confused:
