Wiki wrong on choker of majdd?

Hey, anyone know what's up with this spawn? (https://wiki.project1999.com/A_goblin_soothsayer) I've been in Droga for a couple hours and haven't seen one of these dudes. Friends have never seen one here either. Anyone know if there's some other mob that drops choker? Thanks.

The soothsayer spawns around the entrance platforms to Soothsayer Dregzak's abode.
