What do you mean?
The price for the lord of pain's khukri is 50k all inclusive, you just show up and you leave with the khukri, ready to start the Greenmist right away.
If you are talking about the cost of the Greenmist part, this is out of the question for this MQ, and I am not too sure about the market price of the various items, but for you to get an idea, you need:

two dropable items from chardok:

a ground spawn from KC
a no drop from a common lvl 45 warrior in loio
drusela's mirror (this is the "hard" item, beside the lord khukri of course, luckily it is possible to MQ it, each mirror can be multiquested for two Greenmist and finally drusela will be permacamped for many months, there's already someone selling a mq for 10k here (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=317081)
a kill team for a glowing golem in OT (the mob is triggered, no wait, triple for 200,probably duoable with a torp shaman depending on your level)


Meaning a few hours and almost certainly less than 15k for all the rest.

The Greenmist portion is way easier than the previous quest... You need to kill harder mobs (nothing comes close to the golem in the previous quest without talking about drusela) but it goes like a breeze, there's no real bottleneck with drusela being mqable on the cheap, just getting the stone key for the stupendous tome takes way longer than the whole greenmist step...
