That capture is from a few days after Luclin but last updated in October 2001. A comment from January 02 on the main page says it was made droppable, Lore, and changed to Hoop at the same time. Info on it besides that is scarce in the 10 minutes I spent looking.

Both the famed HP earrings out of Chardok (HGH and Pearly Sarnak one) should be no drop until later in Luclin.

Someone will inevitably post this on the bugs forum, so godspeed in selling the HGH sir.

Simple rarity and the fact that I don't care if I sell it or not. Many people with them have long since quit p99.

As for the earring being tradeable, I never remember it being no-drop, and was present for the Chardok 2.0 patch on Live. But memory is malleable.

It's possible I guess. I'm not the best geared war on the server, but with the earring equipped here's what my unbuffed ac shows with normal weapons and with weapon/shield. I took a -39 displayed AC hit switching from Dragons Blood Earring to this one though! :(
