Voice of the Berserker update

From feb 10th patch:

What changes happened to the Voice of the Berserker spell?

Does it no longer drain mana?

Any 60 shammy out there test this yet?

For me it no longer drains mana or prevents mana gain it appears.

It does seem to "spell lock" all of my spells for a longer than standard duration after the cast (maybe 10 sec).

It does not take hold if you have FOS.

If you cast it prior to FOS (similar to str/dex) it will stack, however it is much shorter duration than FOS; so you have to drop FOS to re-apply.

+ agi + str + dex + voice of berserker is better to use on yourself now for the shaman

You gain a bunch of AGI + AC and lose like 10hp of focus

You can still use focus, you just have to have voice on prior to casting focus, and you have to drop focus to recast voice.

That's an interesting stacking issue. I thought VoB was essentially an upgraded / self only upgrade to fleeting fury.

Has the entire line of this spell been updated? Like frenzy?
