I still like the original elementals the most, just blobs of their pure element.

I like them alot. Feel like re-imagined classic models. No faces or features, just blobs of death with arms.

I still like the original elementals the most, just blobs of their pure element.
I like general idea of a blob, over anthropomorphic models of Luclin, but I think fire, wind and water should have some flowing animation going with them - they not solids after all. And old models missing that.
I can't say new models are perfect, but its better than un-animated blob.
At the end I think WoW version of elementals got it the best (minus the cartoonish graphic style):

I have no idea. Maybe someone did custom re-texturing. Like on Shards of Delaya server.
