This weapon seems highly overrated to me
Weird cartoon hammer graphic and its proc is only useful on 1 class whereas every other class could just get a much easier to obtain snare item. That's also implying that snaring stuff is really that important in most cases.

I'd say hammer probably worth 10-12k while inflated with DokHypeFactor but really probabaly a good bit less than that.

I'd take that 20k offer in a heartbeat that weapon.
