Patch Fix Help

Hello everyone. I'm new to Project 1999 and very excited to hop back into old Norrath again! However, when trying to override the patch on my eq.exe shortcut, the "patchme" <no quotes> that I add in the target box doesnt seem to work. The required changes there have been applied and still won't work. Twice now I have followed the directions step by step, and when I click on the shortcut to play, it still wants to patch. Maybe I'm missing something. Any help with this issue would be most appreciated. Look forward to seeing you guys ingame.

its not eq.exe it's eqgame.exe that should be the shortcut.

aye it is what you said. just didnt feel like typing it all out. i left the whole line alone.. just added patchme at the end of it all

holy crap. it said Everquest.exe and i just replaced it with eqgame.exe and it works now! See yall in there. Thanks for your help!
