Wakening Land Geonids Nerfed?

I have been farming these rock boys for a while and I have noticed a remarkable lack of drops in the week following Chardok 2.0. I could typically average 2k+ in vendor trash a night and several class quest gems but all week I have been lucky to clear ~700 and have had only a handful of class gems drop in my entire week's yield.

Has anyone else experienced this lack of drops lately or am I having an unfortunate week?

For context I spend an average of 4-5 hours a day there and I havent seen a single sapphire necklace or ruby drop when previously I was averaging at least one of either of those two a night.

I think it's like a casino. Come in one night with 100 dollars and leave with 20, or some nights you leave with 180, even if you gamble for 4 hours.

I play for 2 hour periods and sometimes get a CFE and Ruby crown, and other nights just a flawed Topaz or two.

A buddy and I were there the other day for maybe an hour and all we got were runes and spell pages.. pretty lame!

For me, I would say it was a feast or famine experience. By bad streak made it about two weeks in until I started getting decent cash again.

It is as populated as always so i assume it was just a really long streak for me personally.

I had 25+ dragons last night and had 3 gems drop. I know it’s not geonids, but something is fishy.
