as i remember, on live tstaff had an stun, like 5 secs or so.

Didnt say it didnt exist, it was changed. Before 2004 it had no level cap on the level of the mob it would stun. After 2004 it was changed to mobs 55 and below.

I'm assuming he means the stun, which on live was a 6 second stun.

Tranquil Staff is working fine. I just did a 10 hour binge last night using it on and off. It does proc an unresistable 120 damage dd. The proc includes a stun component that is also unresistable if the mob hit by it can be stunned. However the duration of the stun varies between 0 and about 6 seconds i think. Sometimes the stun lasts so long I can run around behind the mob and get off quite a few rounds of attacks before it breaks. This is especially fun when the staff goes on a proc steak and lands 2 or 3 back to back and the mob just stands there for 10 secs getting owned! This is quite rare though, most of the time the dd hits and you almost instantly get the hundred blows has worn off message. I used one in live in late velious / early luclin era and from what I remember this was exactly the same. The only difference was not in the proc, but raw melee dps from it was a lot better since 2h dps actually worked correctly.

For the record, the whole "Chardok 2.0" patch has not been released yet. The Chardok part was, but many other parts of the patch are still coming (quite possibly including TStaff changes).

With the release of Chardok 2.0 tripple attack making Tstaff and 2hb in general much better.
And improved damage tables for 60th lvls and modified damage tables post 51st
