says visit p99.com nd get the latest files from the getting started post.

dont see any files that i dont already have, played last night, this morning no characters in charcter screen.

PLEASE HELP

I'm having the same problem, even after extracting the files. I did it twice even, and still getting the "spell file is outdated" message. Won't let me log in now.

Same issue here. I even did a fresh install, copied the new v47 files, and I'm still getting the "spell file is outdated" message.

I just re-downloaded the v47 zip just in case my previous download was corrupted. I then copied the files into my P99 installation and had the existing files overwritten. Then, while the files were still selected in the P99 folder, I deleted the selected files (which were all of the files that just got copied over). I then copied the files again, tried to login again, and I am still getting the "spell file is outdated" message.

Update - My install is now working. I have a gaming laptop that I use when I travel, and I have a desktop at home. I have P99 installed on both. My laptop was the computer with the issue.

When I got home tonight, I downloaded and installed the v47 files onto my desktop, and tried to log in. Well that one worked. So I then just copied the entire folder over to my laptop, and now it works.

I had them configured exactly the same, so I have no clue as to why this would've worked. Really weird.
