HT resists

I know there's ongoing issues with spell resists, just wanted to ask any other practicing SKs if they've had a HT resist on a blue mob?

Happened to me last night, couldn't believe it! :P

HT is supposed to be -200 or -500 resist I think, depending which one and what era you're using.

Yea I've been duoing with my brother (SK / Shaman Iksar) and whenever we get in trouble he casts HT then he says in group "Another resist". I don't think it has landed once in our EXPing. Then again we have been exping mostly off yellow/red cons.

I have a 10 sk I've been playing a bit (though, not much since Kunark launched) and haven't had a HT resist yet. Though, I've been fighting mostly blue/whites in both Toxx and QHills/Blackburrow.

In HS last night we were resisting 1 out of every 5 HTs or so, without wearing any resist gear or spells or songs.

I agree with this. HT is being resisted too much. Shouldn't this be in bug forum though!?

I've had darkblues resisist all over the place. Clerics in hate, gorillas in BW, etc. Pretty much always gets resisted on yellows/reds. I've also seen it hit for reduced damage, which I've never known HT to do.

Clerics in hate are very high magic resist, the named BW gorilla is magic immune or very nearly, other blue stuff could be bad luck.

That gorilla is maybe 50% magic-resistant, tops.

All resists are obnoxiously high right now, and need more tweaking. IMHO

I'm a 16 Iksar Shadow Knight. Last week, I tried HT on yellows twice, and got full resists. I just stopped bothering using HT on yellows. But two days ago I got a partial resist on a blue. I was 14, it was a 12 or 13 Bandit in FOB. My HT hit for about 25%.
Yesterday I Harmed an even (16) Icebone in Kurns. Full resist. Grr.

Of the 4 times I've used HT so far, 3 have been resisted. I've only cast it blue con mobs.

What about blues or evens?

I don't remember HT being such a gamble but i only have experience up to mid 20s.

HT is magic based until you get the discipline unholyaura which makes it disease based and boosts the damage quite a bit.

Both forms can be resisted however, until the improved HT aa comes out. As for blue con junk mobs resisting, I never heard of that.

HT should land on any mob really in an xp scenario even if its red con, only time I ever had ht resists was on raid bosses that were 100% immune to that particular check.
