Lieutenant Dagarok removed?

Has Lieutenant Dagarok accidentally been removed from the server? I can't find him in North Qeynos and nothing on pet track.

Fippy, Lashun, and Dagarok are essential to the newbie Qeynos experience. This horrible aberration from classic should be resolved immediately. It's literally unplayable.

this guy almost owned me one time as i wandered around qeynos thinking myself safe. classic EQ troll mob, game isn't the same without noobs (and unaware high levels) getting wrecked out of nowhere!

I used to kill him frequently with my ranger. Payback for a couple of deaths when I was a noob. There are probably others who bear a grudge against him, too. Not sure how long it takes him to respawn.

He's been gone since the chardok 2.0 patch at least. Not sure why they would have removed him, he was definitely supposed to be there! He frequently harm touched me on the way to the monk guild in 1999-2000

He has a placeholder that would need to be killed for him to spawn, which isn’t quite right. After patch he will spawn consistently for his night shift.
