What is the best supertwink solo class

for lower levels, say 1-20/30, I don't think you can beat an uber twinked monk

the monks solo effectiveness will inevitably slow down through the 20s and into the 30s, whereas the necro's solo effectiveness pretty much just gets better and better. I haven't played much mage, so can't comment there, but I do know that shaman and some others can be amazing soloers too in those higher levels, though by that point do you even call it a twink anymore?

This is easy...A Mage. I've seen them do some incredible stuff. Monks have FD sure but what the mage pets can dish out is pretty awesome and Mages have heals to heal their pets.

im going with necro twinked out, but twinked out correctly. Im all about HP on necros and any type of regen you can give them. in this case, going iksar.

Super twinking probably helps get through the first 20 maybe 30 levels quicker, but after that it's not as big of an advantage. If there was a Race to level 30 let's say, and I could deck out any class in the best gear. I would have to go with Monk, I'd pick Bard, but I'd think the hybrid penalty would slow them down just enough.

I think the bigger difference is the advantage gained by "supertwinking". Bards aren't gear dependent, all they need to excel in kiting is a good instrument. Monks are much more gear dependent and the results from supertwinking a monk will be noticeable.

I'm pretty sure that after level 5, a bard can outpace a monk, even with the steeper class exp penalty. I FLEW through the low 20s, I earned 21-23 in 1hr each level. And now that I know the exp spots, I'm pretty sure I could go even faster /played next time because I won't be traveling all around trying to find good leveling spots.

Melee with fungi is great up to about level 25....at which point the regen doesn't really counteract mobs doubling for 40-50.

Shammy with fungi is **VERY** effective.

This comes from someone who duo leveled an iksar monk/shammy combo with a friend. We both had fungis and my monk had an IFS.

That being said....ikky shaman / monk is probably my favorite DUO twink combo.

And once you're high level you can camp just about anything you want.

And easy 2nd place would probably be shaman/NECRO or perhaps necro/necro depending on what you're doing.

I supertwinked a monk on live. Gave him your typical kunark-style monk gear (can't remember everything offhand) Fungi tunic, Wu's Trance Sticks/KDs and/or Sarnak Warhammer/KD. I had zero problems leveling all the way up through 40s solo. I eventually made my way into Sol B and killed bats which allowed me to progress through the 50s at a leisurely pace.

I had a super twink monk, fungi, gold inlaid ulak (lifetap), delightful orb of forgotten magic (procced like 280 at lvl 1), wristguard of thunder, tons of other crap...solod to 52 in no time, then quit the game, but it was easy

Yeah did a lvl 1 monk twink too, twinked up to 1 k hp and had the Delightful orb of forgotten magic AND copper hammer of striking, which also proc'd at lvl 1. There was a bug that let me do max dmg with the weapons, although they had reduced dmg for being recommended lvl 50. Went to Paludal caverns and slaughtered everything. Was funny for a while.
