They're good for agro holding.

Gnoll hide lariats come in handy when they proc, not great damage but the stun effect helps hold hate and is especially useful to switch to when fighting casters. Easily farmable by a 35 shaman.

Probably look into Sol A and see if theres anything you want and might be able to farm up there. Might be able to get your Obs shards there yourself.
