Quick question: Linking items in auction chat

the way i do it is alt+clicking the item, then typing /auc and then clicking once on the item icon that the alt+click pulled up

I move my cursor over the item and hold down "right click" on the mouse until the item description comes up, then type "/auc etc.." and click the description icon.
