Last piece I need for the Enc epic and I'm having difficulty trying to solo. Hes up now.

Would appreciate the help!

So far we have 60 enc and 60 mage, could use a healer & maybe a tank

You just need a cleric with Complete Heal, really. So a cleric above 39.

As far as I know the Cab guards can no longer be charmed.

is this a serious response? chanters can solo tangrin via charming pendle dashinger?

Not solo but duo with a 60 mage using Pendle as a way for the mage to chain summoned pets sure.

Pendle is a stupidly OP tank. You just need some dmg

Yup monkey dead! Epic obtained! Thanks all for the replies!

Quick comment on the fight:

Easily duo'd with 60 mage (non epic) and myself, 60 Enc.

Charmed Pendle Dashinger, gave him a Torch and VoG. Mage summoned an Earth pet (any pet would work). Tashed/slowed Tangrin (easily) and let the pets do the work. Charm broke once, but with the mage pet there I didn't have to worry about getting summoned and hit w/ his 20 second stun. Easy peasy.
