I am guessing he is a bard and for the bard epic. White dragonscales only come off of 2 mobs (that I am aware of), Lady Vox and Gorenaire.

It’s true I’ve been trying to get white scales for over a year. Finally have the cash to buy em if anyone has some for sale.
