Anyone use winEQ?

I downloaded it here http://www.lavishsoft.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3&Itemid=4 and tried to boot it up but when I did, it told me that I needed to be running Windows 2000 or higher... which I am.

Any ideas?
