Druid Epic Faction Question

Long story short - I killed the sisters in OOT for 4-5 levels when I was in my late 20's and early 30's

Telin Darkforest in BW is scowling

Saw muffin quest listed as possible fix (https://wiki.project1999.com/Muffin_for_Pandos)

Pandos is also scowling

What would be my best course of action here? My thoughts -

Chanter charm Pandos - turn in a bunch of muffins
Kill everything in Crushbone until I can muffin quest
???

Any insight or suggestions are welcome. I know I did it to myself.

I dont know how to fix this, but I can tell you that you cannot get faction hits on quests when an npc is charmed

It was my understanding a druid would not be able to complete their epic if they lower one of the factions for those two named sisters (https://wiki.project1999.com/Larisa_Gelrith), but if that is not true, then that is some good info to have. I just clicked through all the faction hits for the two named ladies with the long swords and all of them do have quests that can raise the faction:

I swear I read that it was not possible to repair one of the factions from them, for druids specifically, but if so then those ladies are back on the menu for my little smasher!

Edit: Is the quest soldiers of tunare that you are trying to use wolf form to raise? I can see that one is only raisable by questing.

Lots of good info here, am at work and plan to start working on faction later this evening.

From what I've read through some of the links to other forums - I may be looking at a bunch of bat wings, followed by a bunch of muffins.

This is super, SUPER tedious but it'll work.

If you harmony pandos, then you can get close enough to put 4 unstacked muffins in the trade window, your friend casts invisibility on you, then hit trade.

What happens is you'll con indifferent to pandos at the time of trade, so you'll be able to turn in.

Just repeat that about a few hundred times (yikes) and you'll be able to turn in on your own, then keep doing it until ally for the BW NPC.

I think you can turn in to charmed NPC's too but you may not get the faction hit.

As a rogue, I was always told to sneak, not hide. Sneak let me restock a certain dark elf's wine cellar (https://wiki.project1999.com/Bottle_of_Red_Wine) in return for being non-KOS with everyone but the Indigo Brotherhood; hide got me punched to death by a glorified librarian.

If you are a halfling, just sneak behind him for the turn-in.

Otherwise, have you got any friends with Puppet Strings (https://wiki.project1999.com/Puppet_Strings)?

I haven’t tried this myself but you might be able to turn in White Wine to lady shae for the same faction hits as muffins.

I did my Druid epic KoS to many of the turn-in NPCs. Bring a friend that can cast invisibility on you. Harmony the NPC, open trade as far away as you can, have your friend invis you, and turn in.

Factioning is for chumps.

Wait, can puppet strings get you to ally with any quest npc? Meaning anyone could do any quest they culd charm the npc with puppet strings with no matter what your faction is?

Handing in White Wine to Lady Shae has allowed me to raise all factions needed. It is annoying but she was indifferent when Pandos was scowling.

Can hand in 4 at a time for 4 faction hits, she does path away to complete part of her quest lore but can continue to hand in without needing any further triggers.

Went from max KoS to factioned enough to do epic in about an hour.

I spent yrs and yrs kos on my silly druid. Petitioned etc asking why it wasn't moving back to dubious. Only thing I can surely say that worked was countless and I mean thousands of goblin well kills in butcher block near kaladim.

I did over 600 belts to the guard budo in misty. And Ella and telin still hated me.

One day when u have hours of nothing. Charm a animal or spawn your bear and send it on a kill spree of whelps. You will eventually see this moved it as they offer +10 per kill and belts and anything else is +1. Storm reapers is hard to fix.

Goodluck. If your low enough level may consider just restarting as its tons of hours work.

If you read a few posts back, I explained that the White Wine quest in Freeport fixed my faction from Max KoS to Indifferent (amiable with wolf form) in about an hour.
