WTB a Signed Scroll from the Overking Bathezid - either MQ or loot rights.
I can pay 10k p. Or, for both the Overking Signed Scroll and Ragefire Heart, I will spawn Ixiblat Fer. You kill and you keep all the loot. I already have the Sceptre of Ixiblat. You have a chance at all Ixiblat drops - CoF, Torpor, Sceptre, etc.
