Whenever the trigger guy pops (if you / all great and you see more than 10 people in zone, theres probably a RW goin on)

You need the timer to know when Badain (the turn-in NPC) is in window. Several guilds/alliances have a rotation going, so you could ask any of their members when their next turn is.
None of them will give you shit unless you mess up their ring war, and the instructions there are pretty simple - don't aggro dwarves, and if you do, let them kill you (you'll get a rez). Don't touch High Priests in wave 3. Basically, just assist the mob of players and you'll be good.

Sentry Badain (the ring war trigger mob) is next in window on Saturday between 2:45am and 6:45pm EST. A ring war will most likely be triggered at some point during that.
You won't get faction for killing any giants that dwarves kill, so stick with the main raid force. They usually set up camp by the river south of Thurgadin.
