Hey guise, its been a while since I have played on p99. Refresh my memory if I want to make an Iksar I have to wait until Kunark hits and level on up correct? There are no race changes on this server correct?

This is correct: you'll have to wait almost exactly a year to play an Iksar on Green. Dark Elf Necromancers and Human Monks inc!
