Bone Field Potions

I finally dinged 58 and was able to make potions without losing Alchemy skill. I was disappointed to see, though, that I am still not able to craft Bone Field Potions. I can make Frost Potions.

I know it was an issue right before Kunark launched - people wanted to be able to just port over to Kunark quick. I remember Nilbog saying they wouldn't be working. But shouldn't they work by now? Or are they supposed to come later in the game? I thought I'd check here before reporting a bug.

I don't believe its been implemented yet, you could make these before kunark then they were removed and doesn't look like they were put back in.

I tried making a couple and get the you cannot combine in this container type message, next patch.

THey were in the game, as in like last summer. I could make one, and when ya click on it it would just teleport you to zone in of whatever zone you were at. But yeah, I wouldnt know because my skill reset~~

they are still make able, obviously just the swamp and frost, but a very expensive try

Yeah, I'm lucky I didn't make potions for a couple of weeks and heard about the skill degradation before I did. As far as Bone Field pots go, though, you can't make them at the moment. Were these craftable in Kunark? I suspect they should probably be in the game at this point.

I think they were Luclin items, not sure.

First link, click on the effect, then on "Lucy Spell View" then click on "History". This will tell you when the effect was added. You can also see the items having this effect and see their history. Best information I could find within 2 minutes.

The whole point of FoB potions was so that Iksars could make a potion to 'return home'. Just like Barbarians can 'return home' to Halas and Trolls could 'return home' to Inny Swamp. FoB pots SHOULD have been implemented in Kunark...for Iksars. I think the GMs disabled them before kunark came out so people couldnt stock up on them and then pop em and get a head start running when Kunark opened up.

Did not exist in Dec 2000. Existed in April 2001. So it seems these are post-velious though pre-luclin.
