I've spent over 12 hours so far trying to spawn this guy. Am I doing something wrong? I just kill the two PHs (Narra Tanith or an escaped splitpaw gnoll) at -4833, 3176 every 20 minutes right?

Ive spent like 12 ass months trying to get him to not be up, so I can get that stupid crown on his cycle.

Isnt it funny how this game works out? Like I literally am like "Is he NEVER not up?" and like "he must have a 99% chance at spawning" lol

If you're only after the robes he wears, Brother Z in Rathe Mts is easier to kill. If some other reason, disregard and drive on soldier.

I know OP has put in a lot of work, but with my time zone it is difficult to make it with force to South Karana, so I am going to make an executive decision and call a gratzme to Jimjam on the robe of the oracle.

Isn't that PH chick a wood elf? Saw her run past me a few days ago outside of Paw.
