Anyone know if you can successfully get the Cazic Quill either through MQ (I have 3 robes, someone has Kedge) or I have all 4 robes as a sub 50?
One of the guides out there says 50 is min level (although plenty of these guides say the same about the epic overall). I'm 45 and just need the Quill.
