Unable to select Project 1999 from the server select screen

I am having issues logging in again this morning. I can reach the server select screen but I can not log into p99. The servers are either not showing at all, or intermittently showing as "Locked". Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Looks like it is now letting people in, population was at 80 for blue.
