Game Window Options

I can no longer seem to bring up chat window options. Is anyone else having this issue?
I used to right click on a windowbar, and have options pop up, new chat window, normal and faded level alpha, change chat window name, etc.
Is there a toggle or something? Did I bork something?

I didn't know where to ask. I didn't have this issue till v50.

Have you rebooted your computer? Could just be something weird that a restart might clear up
