My hair ditched me in the 20's... But it was one of the best things to happen to me in my life.. Couldn't fathom being chubby and bald...Motivated me to get in shape, and now i wouldn't trade my baldness for hair, ever... Shave it, own it, work on some muscles, gain +20 to attractiveness, and +25 to confidence.

Can get a full head of hair from a good doctor for 10-15 grand. Or travel to turkey and pay a fraction of that.

legit option I am considering. Worked out great for Elon Musk.

micropigmentation(tattooed hairlines) looks appealing as well, though I wonder how noticeable it would be for me given that I am 5'6.

@bazia about Erudite hairline. lmfao

Great thread. Glad OP's other thread trying to flame me failed so hard that they had to completely rethink their forum approach.

there are hair regrowth clinics here in the US but its alot easier to not lose your hair then regrow it

tips to not lose hair

Eat vegetables
Dont eat Carbs
Dont eat soy
Dont eat chicken beef or pork
Do Cardio

Hope this helps

see you on green

I wont be there

see you on red 2.0

I wont be there either

I honestly feel like there might be some legitimacy to this. After I became type 1 diabetic I have essentially cut our carbs and started eating a lot more vegetables. I essentially became keto. I work out a lot and do tons of cardio since biking is the only way I get around NYC/Brooklyn. I have definitely started feeling like my hair is looking stronger and was wondering if that was just in my head.

good post

Theres a special on netflix called the magic pill, it explains how humans were never meant to eat the diets we currently do, some of the special is bullshit like any special but get woke

Carbs are the most genetically modified food we currently have, and humans were never meant to eat them.

Dude, thanks for sharing that information. Gonna def share with friends.

I’ll have to check this out, actually. Funny relationship with carbs. Lost 35 lbs in 3 months by doing the keto diet about a year ago. Kept it off too. Zero exercise and now I kinda just watch my carb intake. No surprise to me, it kinda makes sense. I mean, there’s even around like 10 carbs in a glass of milk.

I started doing intermittent fasting about a month ago. No eating until 12pm, done eating at 8pm. My friend sold me on the idea by telling me that you will have extra energy and that's how she was able to effectively lose weight.

It has worked out pretty great so far. I've generally always had an athletic physique, but with no added workout I am losing some stubborn belly fat that has always been with me and my abs are showing more every day. If anything, I've been less active as it's started to cool down. With fewer meals, my energy levels are definitely higher and I don't feel sluggish throughout the day.

I haven't done my research but from what my friend told me, it takes a lot of energy to digest. It's the reason you feel tired after a meal; so you shrink the window during which your body has to burn this energy. Breakfast is a new thing. Imagine you couldn't hunt back in the day because you hadn't eaten yet.

There's probably so much we will come to discovery we are doing incorrectly.

To get back on topic. I have a relatively organized life and feel like I manage stress intelligently. This has probably also contributed to my hair making a comeback. Assuming it actually has :) Just saw a picture from a soccer game I was at this weekend. Shits looking good

I am totally on board with you about this one. A podcast I was listening to made me aware of the ass backwards mentality of making these people pop culture icons. I changed my avatar to Jon Snow a while back but it shows Pablo instead, even though when I enter my profile it correctly displays Jon Snow.

I also don't have the option to edit my signature.

Help a brother out. I don't have time to figure this stuff out.

Good green forums 99 retro user CP upgrade experience.

One time in beta I got taught how to turn of sigs in user CP because so many guys used to run megalong sigs back when red was rough and tumble and I had to take my forum quest game to the next level to keep up.
