It was really good. I didn't need it, but I sure appreciated it. It was also great to not have to bother with filler scenes of Walter's annoying family. :)
Better Call Saul is good, eh? I was considering giving it a go.

It starts out slow and focuses on jimmy aka saul. just a heads up.

I'm on episode 4... yeah, I dig it so far. I am unsure of the plot direction, but I am thrilled with the acting, direction and other aspects. Each episode has great "film" quality if that makes any sense.

For real, he looked so fat it was jarring
I'm not fat shaming but for continuity it was wrong
There is a reason for where the money is.

truly was lad
It was excellent! Loved it! 9/10. Would be 10/10 but the ending let me down a bit. I just wanted to see Jesse get established in Alaska.

the last 2 seasons of BB were objectively poor and sauls show started out bad and never really got better
HARD pass

To ban, or not to ban... that is the question.
Thoroughly enjoyed El Camino. Very true to the Breaking Bad series and indeed was a proper send off to Jesse.
Only thing that annoyed me was the title. Lead me to believe he'd be on the run in the car perhaps high tailing it to Mexico with cops and crooks chasing him alike, but was nothing like that. An insignificant plot element really.
So would have preferred a different title, but no other issues.

Good point about the car, and usage of said car. I figured the El Camino would have some sort of significance as well. Minor quibble, but it does seem like maybe at one point the car was something important.
Either way, it was quite good!

If the money turned out to be stored in the car door or something like that, would have been an interesting twist.
But in truth, maybe calling it 'El Camino' was a purposeful misdirect, making you think it was about the car but then taking you somewhere else unexpected. Much like the movie 'Flight' makes you think its about a near plane crash but it really about struggles with alcoholism and substance abuse.

It was a nice epilogue to a great show. After the final episode, I just wanted Jesse to be okay. Now I know he is.
