Miners Guild 249

[Mortgage]

I've been turning in a bunch of CB belts under the impression that Gunlok Jure was on Miners Guild 249 faction. I've turned in enough belts to go from mid/low apprehensive to ally with Kaladim Merchants, but Gunlok has remained threatening the entire time.

Since starting, the following NPCs have always been threatening:

Which makes me me think that they're all on Clerics of Underfoot faction, even though most of them are Paladins. Is this how they're supposed to be? Also, who the hell is even on 249 faction, then?

I encountered the same issue. Seems most of the pally guild is on the cleric faction instead.
I did a crap ton of prisoner keys in crushbone on my lizard necro before I could do bone chips.
