Lore Items

So there are some items that dropped in 1999 that originally weren't lore, Polished Granite Tomahawk for instance, but later became lore. This going to be the same on green or are things going to be lore right from the start?

I remember dual wielding PGT's on classic with my ranger and it was sooooo good.

Side note, is there a database of these items that weren't lore on launch and later became so?

Sometimes information like that will be in patchnotes. A lot of things became lore after launch.

I would be surprised if we had those pending lore items not lore day 1. There are enough other things to work on, and having them be lore items(and at least slightly more difficult hoard/farm and lock down) kind of aligns with some implied server objectives(see /list, C/R/FFA, etc.). The loss of classic experience of DWing those classic weapons would be regrettable, but I think for every person that legit was going to dual wield them there’d be at least 5 just looking to corner the market...

PGT goes lore in March or April 2001. Duel wielded them on my troll warrior. Having them proc was a huge aggro pull and the free heals was pretty big until they made it lore.

Did people use to corpse lore items back pre-kunark on live?

Are the original corpse expire times go to be on green? It used to be really short if you died.

PGT was not lore until velious, you would think they would pull the lore tag off it for green. Same with a ton of other things.

I don't have data to prove it, but pretty sure this is incorrect if you're talking about Blue. I am 100% sure you are incorrect if you're talking about classic.
