I love deep south forests. I grew up in Arkansas, and have a ton of great memories hunting, fishing and camping. Plus, there is usually a good element of danger to keep you on your toes. :)

Hm, the pics looked just like where I live so I was like I wonder if this is PA, then I saw the thing that said Alabama.

Honestly, I haven't travelled much, but one life lesson I learned is that no matter where you go, everywhere is basically the same I guess.

Though I haven't been to Antarctica or India or Austrailia so uh.

I recently moved to the Netherlands, but Washington State will always be a place I consider home.

I visited Netherlands and Belgium this summer, can confirm, flat as fuck.

PNW scenery is great too. I'm from Oregon originally, though now living in Japan. I do miss the big mountains and rivers compared to my daily scenery here.

Lived in Japan from 2013 to 2018 near Zushi/Kamakura working as a Navy contractor. Would move back there in a heartbeat. The wacky fun of the Japanese culture is unbeatable, especially compared to the boring ass Dutchness i have to deal with now. There's plenty of outdoorsy stuff In Japan that would compare to PNW if you get out of the cities. And some of best powder skiing in the world.

Ahhh mannn now i'm nostalgic for Japan.

Nice! I'm down in Kyushu myself. Aso in Kumamoto is wonderful for natural scenery. Unfortunately, I'm at work now and can't post photos from my work PC.
