Blindness on boat

Very difficult to see on boat - I tried to reposition my human character and fell off. Boat should be a light source of some kind?

This appears to affect essentially all movers. At least it impacts all of them I could think of, including the Halas raft. They're simply not being affected by the dynamic lighting. If the objects could be assigned their own light value, that might help some.
