not sure if this was already answered but will casters have to stare at their spell book and click the med button? this was the one big or only disadvantage to casters i recall. if you forgot to med...yikes

the med button seems auto clicked at the moment on beta, So at least currently, you can just hit the spells button to sit/med in one go.

The book is a smaller movable window with adjustable transparency so you aren't "staring at the spellbook" but there is the med button again.

As recently as a few days ago on green beta, you did not need to open the book at all. Has something changed?
