Should Rubicite BP be added to /List list?

Wondering your thoughts on this one, a few of us mentioned it in the list details thread and seems like it could get lost in the shuffle there.

Leaning towards yes, but not an emphatic one. These things were long gone before I started maining a class that would really care to have it.

TBH rubi was also gone by the time I played, and I dont have the correct knowledge on the drop tables (the only server I've played with Rubi available was the Image and Devnoob server) so would /list even work for how rubi drops?

The BP is from a specific mob - Avatar of Fear, so theoretically the implementation could be the same.

Fungi camps don't have an exclusive time window to obtain before the drop halted. Also, the ceremonial iksar chestpiece is the poor man's alternative to fungi, whereas the Rubi BP has a Vanilla pre Kunark alternative in... what item?
