I am, as for level you just need to be able to zone into thurgb, which is at level 5 I believe. For faction, you just have to be non-KoS to dwarves (dubious or better). As long as you haven't done any dwarf slaying you'll have the faction needed. If you have any other questions let me know!

I hear that, I tried organizing an agreement that would give people a chance to do their quest turn ins before dain got killed, but a certain guild whose name starts with an "R" and ends with "iot" had no interest in participating in something that benefited people other than them =(

What are you on about? Riot and AG were perfectly happy racing... same we been doing for months. Renamed Guild wouldn’t agree to that, and now we all CotH. So yeah, you have 10 seconds instead of 20 seconds. That’s on RNG...
