Boxing with Green and Blue on different accounts allowed?

I read that we can box between Blue and Green. But can we box between two different accounts? One account on green and one account on Blue? Just want to confirm on that thanks.

Boxing
As usual with all Project 1999 servers, boxing will NOT be allowed. However, as is currently the case with Blue and Red, you may play one character per server at the same time.
