I havent been playing for a while, but I do recall that cross server trades between blue and red were disallowed last I played.

Level 1 Mules can be the right class/race for faction restricted level 1 quests. Then, when they are ready to deliver the item, park them in a safe spot for the future ground-transfer.

Start a Druid in SFG to do Going postal over and over again to Qeynos, get a few PP, and then purchase rusty weapons for the main. Sounds promising.
