And the overall state of the economy of both servers will be fine even with the eventual merge. The thing that crippled Blue's economy was the stagnation phases between expansions when overfarming occurred. That won't be an issue this time around. You could use the argument of 'it's 2 servers worth of farming so that's OP' but it's only going to be 2 servers worth of farming on the limited content of Vanilla. And even then, both servers will have era appropriate populations so the competition will still be stiff - just not outrageous. I'm willing to bet cash that both servers merge for Kunark since available zones for leveling / farming won't be a limitation then.

I would like to think optimistically about it. As rogean said it could be weeks, months, or years. It all depends on population and demand. If both servers maintain a healthy enough population to the point that merging them back would create a unhealthy population then I doubt he would merge them back just to make things overcrowded again

So the real petition is wanting teal to also be successful if you don't want them merged back
