In Spanish its Asistole, with emphasis in SIS and the ole without emphasis .

I think it sounds practically the same, though if I recall correctly in spanish the most correct term would be Asistolia

Reminds me of how we say Lich in spanish, which is close to Liche and other funny sounding spells like like Rapacious Subversion ...
