I keep seeing guides saying "go str or stm at creation because you'll easily max your in,255, in late game". Is that true on green/teal?
The short answer is no, there's a lot of INT gear out there. What do you want to do? If you're raiding, STA is worthless; a huge pile of STA gets you a pretty small hp pool, and the raid buffs will radically eclipse the meager hp gains from STA. IMO go INT for raiding so your can focus more on resists than mana pool.
If you're soloing? Eh, maybe the hp from STA might make a difference.
If you're decked out in NToV-calibre gear? Your stats will max and it just won't matter.

sta isnt worth it i agree, certain classes like a ranger you should put 10 wis and dex
tanks should max agility but most are too stupid to do it
Do not listen to this man and his Agi blasphemy

Maybe he meant DeX? For proc rate? I mean, agility does translate to AC, but not enough to make it worth it unless your under 75 agility unbuffed imo.
