What lvl does Clarity give more than 4 mana per tick?

The wiki says Clarity gives 4-7 mana per tick, 7 at Level 60.

Does anyone know what level the Enchanter has to be for it to start giving 5 mana per tick, and 6 mana per tick?

I would guess its something like every 10ish levels per tick.

29 - 4 tick

39 - 5 tick

49 - 6 tick

60 - 7 tick

Pretty sure it caps at 7 at level 50 and does not change post 50. Why would it go up after 50? You get clarity 2 in your low/mid 50. if it does go up to 7 from 6 post 50, it probably does so at level 51 right away.
