Whats the current strategy for easy deepwater harpoon?

It can help to get a necro to lvl 2 for invis undead if you have trouble with the skellies the gargoyles should be camped.

High chance skellie will spawn on you and kill you at level 1. Happened to me.

Its KOS to sisters so how do you spawn the NPC? Unless you got an alt parked there or if someone else can do it maybe.

I got my harpoon on first try. Took 90 minutes.

I did potion part, then set off for OOT. Said "Where is Sentry Xyrin?"

The sister actually does respond unlike the wiki. I then avoided the sharks in the water, walked to her, handed potion and hail locked. A skeleton got JUST NEAR me but I backed up just out of his range and was able to keep the hail lock going for the last minute after that little potential disaster. That was that. If hail locked she wont ever move but skeletons path close to her.

It's also worth mentioning that since the isle is a solid platinum camp, there's usually someone killing on the isle. The first time I did the quest, I had somebody babysit me and kill anything roaming near while I hail-locked. Then later I would do it every time I ran out to kill gargs.
