Sky and Ground not loading - help

I'm struggling to find a solution to this problem. Anyone have an idea on how I can fix this?

The sky and ground textures aren't loading for some reason.

I actually found my issue. When replacing the Project99 files to my Sony>Everquest folder, I replaced the actually folders instead of just moving the files. This erased all of my map files.
