View Full Version : Game crashing every time zoning....

What is going on it seems like once prime time comes when you zone, you get kicked off the server, if that is not bad enough, when I try to log back in, the server status screen is blank or it doesn't connect to the server selection page and times out.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

I've been thinking it was me, been going on most of this evening. Game keeps freezing when I zone.

It has done that several times ot me and now I cannot even log on.

Me too! It's been happening for a few days now--to various degrees--and is currently unplayable.

I just got a nice camp from a guy who said brb but then I know he crashed zoning. This is affecting people's lives, people!

i just crashed from zoning and am not stuck not being able to log in even. not cool.

Same, along with only a 50% chance of even being able to log in (either to the login server or the game itself).

Same shit just happened to me. I worked from 6 am until 10 pm today.l. got home to play EQ for an hour or two and I am dealing with this bullshit? not needed after a 14 hour work day!

This has been happening to me as well. i logged on the last to nights with my laptop connected to my phone (which I hotspotted) and I didn't have any issues.

Sure, a temporary work-around but it got me to not have any issues - at least for the last two nights.

This all started last week Thursday for me. I haven't had any issues before last Thursday.

Yup ran into this as well. If it helps this used to happen on classic under the same conditions (large population on server) except back then you played the reconnect game via dial up :D Thank goodness for cable and SSDs!!
