Character stuck

My character Vendrik has been stuck upon zoning into North Karana for about an hour now. I tried doing a complete reinstall to make sure it wasn't on my end. I think the character is stuck between zones.

Does it say you still have a character in game? OR can you access your characters?

You don't need to reinstall. First just wait, if you have something else to do for a couple do that. Otherwise create a new char, then petition in-game and the gm's can get your character unstuck.
