Want that epic for your lvl 1 rogue, why not? Sure, you can't equip it till your 46, but you'll have it. 35k for your own Ragebringer all you need to do is have the desired rogue to be in hhp and we do a turn in. So easy a lvl 1 rogue can do it. PM if you are interest.
